The last six years have been magical, and to say that my sense of pride has grown, and my level of satisfaction has reached new levels is an understatement...  

Dona Maria Epiphania Riverside Holiday Homes.... is my dream for YOU. She is the very essence of Taste, Culture, and Subtle Grandeur, overlooking the ever flowing, ageless & beautiful River Sinquerim. All with a strong hint of modern Portuguese flavor. …And not to mention a labor of love. That's why I named them after my Grandmother.

Las Casitas de Senor Santana Fernandes… just as the name suggests, these self styled Spanish apartments or ‘Little Spanish homes’ (named after Granddad) represent high value homes in the most prime location of Calangute, where all the fun and the buzz is!! Just a stone’s throw away from the beach and a walk to the local market, ’Las Casitas’ provides the discerning buyer with all the prime options available… good location, high value specs, premium society, and competitive prices. Las Casitas, if I were to describe it reminds me of old Spanish gentry with it’s close life styled homes, mosaic detailing reminiscent of a bygone era, warm colors, like minded people and happy memories.

Le Sanctuaire de Maire Magdeline… our French Villas in the river valley… Le Sanctuaire is the embodiment of good breeding, high society and plush landscaped surroundings. A haven for the wealthy and the affluent, elegant French architecture boasts of wide spacious bedrooms, sweeping staircases, turret towers, a man made ‘true to nature’ waterfall and designer infinity swimming pool with spa. The villas themselves come fully fitted with spacious kitchens, rustic floors, ‘parisan’ bath fittings, and designer ensuites that include free standing baths, hansgroghe ‘cleta’ spas, rain showers, etc.

My team:
Arch. Prashant Gaonkar at the helm is solely responsible for the designing and the expert outlay that we have to offer on every Project… and he takes his responsibility very seriously indeed!

As for me, I am your key designer, and as such am responsible for almost everything!!! From the fine tuning of your home’s internal layout, your kitchen triangle, selection of the color schemes, tiling schemes, designer ensuites, tap designs, to the final approval of the exterior design… you could say that I’m an orchestrator of sorts. I've been in the real estate business for more than ten years, and in the market for constructing lifestyle holiday homes for the last six. Over the years I've developed a keen sense in identifying with the Client's specific needs for a holiday home, and have always managed to deliver a home that is best suited for them… to their utmost pleasure and satisfaction. Needless to say, I have managed to stay above the rest. All thanks to my valued Homeowners.

I believe that One should do your best, and leave the rest to THE ONE who watches over you ... AND HE WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN!! Thank You My God for that!
